Genome Office System

Genome Office is the beginning of a web based framework that aims to provide much better overviews of the large molecular biology data volumes of the future. It is a freely available (GNU license) prototype, currently sponsored by the Kjems Laboratory at the Molecular Biology Department, Aarhus University, Denmark.

Projects

Different datasets and methods can be mixed and matched into "projects". Below are listed those currently defined, and those installed are colored and clickable.

GOFFICEGenome Office (in development)
UTHCTRNP Databases at Univ. Texas (Tyler)
RNAportRNA/miRNA workbench (in development)

Documentation (movies not done yet)

Below are short movies that describe different sides of the system. In addition, on the viewer pages there are tooltips on every button and help summaries in separate windows. There are also README files in many directories and comments in the code. But there is no manual.
