A consulting network
We are an international network of scientist experts that specialize in processing, analyses and presentation of large genomics related data volumes. We use and produce open-source tools and workflows that cover common use-cases and are easy for customers to deploy. We also participate in grants and give advice to academia, governments and businesses.
Our services are built with recent super-scalable open source tools and web-technologies. To this we add our own open tools, create missing pieces if needed, and package the result into work-flows that are easy to run. We use open-source, because only then are scientific analyses transparent and reproducible.
All members of the network are absolute experts in their fields. Through typically 20-30 years of experience they can offer scientific judgment and perspective, help avoid mistakes, pick the right tools and do proper planning.
Hiring us will often be cheaper in the end than hiring employees or other companies: our prices are competitive, our software is transparent, we charge only when things work as agreed, and we understand the science. We do not sell product and disappear, but prefer lasting relationships and repeat customers.
